EWAY BILL PART B
when I was material despatched by rail we can't get E way bill without part B, Railway receipt will be get after booking, but eway bill portal auto populated shown on please enter RR No. when enter submitted pls explain how to generate e way bill

Update Part-B after getting RR No.
Where the goods are transported by railways, the railways shall not deliver the goods, unless the e-way bill as required under these rules is produced to them, at the time of delivery.
So there is relaxation in case of goods transported via railway.
