eway bill not generated
the invoice bill for July month rs.194000 but eway bill not generated .

Eway bill should be generated at time of movement of goods. Now already goods has been supplied. So currently no need to raise eway Bill.
to sir penalty applicable for bill invoice
sir need clarification where foe eg bill dt is of 19th aug but we are removing material on 21st aug and preparing the eway bill on the same date, is there any problem ?
