sir Eway bill me..only bill date 1 day aage ki ho jane par ye galati miner mistake mani jayegi ya koi badi galati. .. jabki baki ka Eway bill, insurance bill, bilty sab ok hai .

This is not a big issue. you can rectify the wrong e- way bill generated by you

There is no scope of rectification of e_waybill once it gets generated . Pl cancel the e_waybill  within 24 hrs of generation . If 24 hrs has expired then ask the recipient to reject the e_waybill. Then  generate a fresh e_waybill with all correct data.

Sir. aap right all of u but sir. goods intransit and visilance tean ne goods ko rok liya iss. miner mistake par aur GST MOV-07 notice bi issue kar diya CGST Act under section 129(3) ke adhin intrastate supply par. . ab dekho. aap iss miner mistake par panalty laga di

Sir plz suggestions me . kya ye jo pannelty pay ki h .. igst tax 67000 and panelty 67000 total 134000 iska kya treatment kar sakta hu. without cash ladger

Nahi bank guarantee nhi. deposit ho gaya cash in challan. but now iska kya treatment ho sakta h deposit payment ka
