Eway Bill - Mandatory Information
How we supposed to give transport document number in Eway bill or vehicle number as transporter doesn't give document number and vehicle number until we give him Eway bill and transport copy itself...

Without giving transport details we can't generate E-way bill.
i guess vehicle no is enough
You can update the B part later after issuing E-way bill
E way bill can be generated without PARTB where vechile details need to be updated. But It will not valid until PART B is filled. PART B can be filled either by transporter or generator of E way bill
as per ICAI question 63... only vehicle no is enough to generate part B
