Eway bill limit for Job Work for Inter state and Intra State

Query 1 (As per Notification 12/2018)

In case interstate : Irrespective of consignment value if move via Motorized conveyance E-way is Mandatory
In case Intra-state: When value of consignment exceeds 50k , E-way is mandatory

Query 2
There is no Distance relaxation in E-way bill ,. Yes in case goods being move to Transporter place for further delivery , the distance should be less then 50km (Should be Intrastate)

Query 3

If goods moving by Non Motorized (rickshaw) , No e-way is required , even though consignment value exceeds 50k

You can send anywhere in India without generation of e-way bill by Non Motorized conveyance
