Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the e-way bill limits for West Bengal. For intra-state movement, the limit is Rs 1 lakh, while for inter-state movement, it's Rs 50,000. E-way bills are not mandatory for goods transported via non-motorised conveyance or for movements within 50 km within the state (though Part A is required for the latter). An exemption also exists for goods sent for weighment within 20 km.

For within state is 1 lakh and outside State 50k
Is it true that up to 50 kms distance no eway bill required in west bengal
Intra state 1lak and inter state 50k turnover
And also if goods send by un motorised conveyance no eway bill is required for any value
Yes sunil it if you send goods non motorised conveyance no eway bill required
E-Way Bill is required to be generated when the Consignment Value exceeds Rs. 50,000 and the goods are being transported via "Motorised Conveyance" as per Rule 138 of the CGST Rules 2017.

However, incase of INTRA-STATE Movement of goods, the limit varies between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 ( State to State ).

Incase of West Bengal, the threshold limit to generate E-Way Bill incase of movement of goods within the State ( INTRA-STATE ) is Rs. 1,00,000.

Part B of EWB is not mandatory for movement within 50 kms. (within the state) - Part A EWB is required.

Another exemption available is - EWB not required if goods are sent for weighment within 20 kms,
