Is E-Way bill is necessary in following scenario
I am yarn trader.
Suppose,
I sale the goods whose value is greater then ₹ 50000.00 within the same munciple corporation area (less than 20km) do i need to generate the eway bill for that ?
**If yes then ,is it necessary to fill the both the part i.e Part-A & Parth-B.(here in general practice we didn't know the transport vehicle details like no,type ,transport id while generating invoice it is buyer choice in which transport he has to transit sold goods).
**I find the attached image explaining the eway bill for Intrastate on internet by some trusted website that says Part -B is not necessary if movement of good is less then 50 km.
please clear the scenario as i find it difficult to understand stand as there is so many explanation on the internet.
**Also is it necessary to carry the printout of eway bill with the transporter or any soft copy will work as same.?
