I have send the goods for job work (i.e. from DNH to Gujraat, Umbergaon) and i have to sale partly raw material directly to other party in Gujrat, Sarigam from DNH.
kindly advice correct process to sale the goods.

In case of Interstate its mandatory to generate Eway even if the material cost is less then 50k & Can be send on Delivery Challan.
2. For material Sold :
Needs to issue the Tax Invoice & require to generate Eway if the value of consignment is more then 50k & being transported via motorised conveyance.
