Eway bill in delhi for job work

HELLO,

1- IF WE SEND GOODS FOR JOBWORK WITHIN DELHI TAXABLE VALUE OF GOODS IS ABOVE 1 LAKH. BUT TRANSPORT VEHICLE IS RICKSHAW. WHAT IS APPLICABILITY OF EWAY BILL INTRASTATE?

2- TRANSPORT VEHICLE IS MOTORISED THAN EWAY BILL IS COMPULSORY IS IT OK.? IF DISTANCE IS LESS THAN 10 KMS

3- WE HAVE CONSIDER THE TAXABLE VALUE OF GOODS TO VIEW THE LIMIT OF 1 LAKH NOT SERVICE INVOICE AMOUNT.

PLS ADVICE.

1. No Eway is required

2.Yes Eway is mandatory

3. Principal To Jobworker : Value of Goods will consider

Jobworker to Principal : Value of goods + service invoice value will be consider

Eway in delhi intrastate,.. if consignment value exceed 1lac & Supply is to B2B recepient , Eway is mandatory

Yes. Eway bill required for Delhi intrastate when invoice value exceeds 1lakh.
