Eway implementation in delhi is from tommorow onwards
1. Invoice value below 1lac no eway is required.
2.in local No Eway is required if the recepient is B2C ( urd)
There is No Relaxation of distance in Eway bill .
So,..if Consignment value exceed 1Lac & recepient is registered, Eway is compulsiry in Delhi
But Sir when we used labour and thela so what we will fill in eway bill
On service No eway is reguired

Labour is cover under service in GST so need of Eway
& What is thela ???? , If it is carry bags , then yes Eway is required ,if delivered via motorised conveyance
