Eway Bill implication

there is continuous supply of Goods, when Goods are delivered there is around 29 sperate delivery challan each delivery challan doesn't exceed value ₹ 50000/-. So my client doesn't generated any ewaybill. Now he want to issue a consolidated Invoice to his customer around 13 lakh. Can he issue inovice or he should to issuue sperate invoice, what will be eway bill implication ?
