E-way bill is required for movement of goods and not supply of goods. Hence, as per my opinion for outdoor catering e-way bill has to be issued. let the value mentioned be same as the value of invoice. 

but what i want to know is in tenting business there are chances that goods of rs 500000 are moved from one place to another for an event bt the amount of invoice i.e services given of rs 50000. in this case which amount to be considered while generating an e way bill?
