Hello friends i have a query in Gst
One of my client is registered in Rajasthan in GST.
He has purchased goods from Bihar from unregistered person.
He want to sale this goods to Assam to unregistered person.
Can he dispatched his goods to Assam.
And make e-way bill by selecting an option Bill from Dispatched from in e-way bill

Quick Summary
You can go with the option Case 2 - Where e-Way Bill is generated by ‘A’ when there are 3 parties involved.
Bill From: In this field details of ‘A’ are supposed to be filled.
Dispatch From: This is the place from where goods are actually dispatched. It may be the principal or additional place of business of ‘B’.
Bill To: In this field details of ‘C’ are supposed to be filled.
Ship to: In this field address of ‘C’ is supposed to be filled.
Invoice Details: Details of Invoice-2 are supposed to be filled.

My question is that in this case only one party is registered (party A) and registered in Rajasthan and has no other Principal Place of Business in Bihar.
He has purchased goods in Bihar from unregistered person(B).
And he sold this goods in Assam to unregistered person(C).
My question is that in this case can party A who is registered in Rajasthan can dispatch his goods from Bihar (party B) to Assam (party C) by generating an e-way bill (Bill from Dispatched from)?...
I am confused because of New GST rules as If a registered person wants to add his additional place of business in other state then he can not add. He has to take separate GST registration in that state
