Eway bill applicabilty

I provided cloth design services to my client. I do design making myself and printing by third party for this I directly send cloth from principal to job worker. and raised my service bill. I paid to job worker for his printing and collect bith charges in my bill
I want to know my eway bill liability at the time of goods recevied or sending back after job work.
