1. if the supply is intrastate: The consignment value exceeds 1 lac & Supply is via motorised conveyance the Eway is mandatory (irrespective of distances)
2. Interstate Supply : If the consignment value exceeds 50 k & transportation is via motorised conveyance Eway is mandatory.

On or after the 1st July 2018, no e-way bill shall be required to be generated for the intra-State movement in the State of Maharashtra if Consignment value of the goods Not exceeding Rs. 1 Lakh.
