What to fill in the "Bill to" column and "GSTIN of the buyer" in the EWAY Bill if recipient is not known at the time of dispatch?

Yes, agree with Pankaj.
Select option line sales while generating eway bill for recipient is not known.

Thanks for your reply sir. But in deliery challan what to write in the receiver column as we only know the city of the future buyer and not the name and GSTIN.

Yes, you can show city name on delivery challan.
