I need you help ,

when a good transport in a same state which invoice amount is rs.45000 and distance is more than 50km. so it important to required to be filled eway bill?

There is no need to generate eway bill if movement of goods value doesn't exceeds Rs. 50000/-

If the invoice value is less 50,000 and
the mode of transport is non-motor vehicle,  Then E-way bill is not necessary.

# Eway bill not required if goods value is less than 50k.
#Eway bill not required is goods is transported in non motorized vehicle even if the consignment value more than 50k .
