if the number of item r more does not fix in.one bill say 21.item in one bill 10 item. shall we make 2 different waybill or continue in next bill and make one.eway bill

For Every bill seprate Eway has to be generate , you cannot generate one eway for 2 invoices
e way bill is invoice bassed . so that you have to issue two e- waybill.
