How to raise Eway bill for tranafer of goods from one branch to another branch(own use) if goods Goods are taken on hire basis?.. How to calculate the transaction value of the Goods on hire charges?

Eway on delivery challan , .. can u specify the goods
computer system
Transaction value in this will be the Book Value of computer
but if systems are taken on Rental basis then what will be the transaction value
