Would like to know :
1. Whether EWAY is needed to be generated for Services ?
I heard that there are few Services such as Software licensing dealers such as REdington and Ingram micro are generating EWAY for for Software licenses delivered via email.
Please confirm whether it is mandatory for such services delivery or not ?
EWay Bill is an electronic way bill for movement of goods which can be generated on the eWay Bill Portal. Transport of goods of more than Rs. 50,000 (Single Invoice/bill/delivery challan) in value in a vehicle cannot be made by a registered person without an eway bill.
