In eway bill while substituting truck number in case we don't have transporter id , how this truck number is going to be traced. Bcoz here truck owner does not have any sought of registration under gst laws. GR/bilti which truck owner issues cannot be fully relied upon.He may issue that serial number GR/Bilti to some other party also.
Truck number reliability under GST Laws can be checked only if in the column where we mention the truck number is directly linked with each state transportation authority.
In my opinion it should be made mandatory for all transporters to get registration under GST Laws without any exemption wrt registration only.
