in Mca site for calculation of fees it says enter Event date
what should I put for 20B and 23AC pls suggest: is it the due date for filing such forms? pls suggest

Date of event for 20B and 23AC is date of annual general meeting.

Date of event here wil be Date at which the Annual General Meeting is held.
