Dear Friends,

I wrote my PCC in June09. i did gud but not able to clear the second group. I wrote a letter to "The Senior joint Secretary for Exams" requesting for copies of evaluated answer sheets and sent the DD for prescribed fee on 07.09.2009 to Delhi. But till day i didnt get the copies of the answer sheets or any response from ICAI. I called many times to ICAI Delhi but there s no proper response.

Is there any way to get the copies of the evaluated answer sheets?

There is no such provision like : "send fees and get ur evaluated answersheets..!"

You have to contact icai before sending such a letter. It is not so easy to get answersheets. only one student got his / her answersheets and that too by going to high court.

ICAI has clarified the matter at that time that, sending answersheets shall not be depend on this single judgement, but shall be depend on case to case. In short everybody can not get evaluated answersheets on the basis of high court's decision, each have to put his case before the authorities to get his / her answersheets.

Thats all. I am 99.99 % sure that you have wasted your money by sending the DD.

ICAI will never return it nor send u ansersheets and also not respond to ur letters / emails / phone calls.

Only remedy is go and file a case, succeed in high court and get ur ansersheets.

Anyway. How much amount u sent by DD?? and to whose favour ?? address?? Keep the postage receipt (acknowledgement) in case u go to high court u will need all those evidences.
