VAO means Video Archives Operation, TO join ETEN CA, there ar two options

1. Go to Regular classes and get VAO free

2. if u are not able to go/You are in a remote area, you would opt for VAO registration, and listen classes from home. 

what is amount of fees?

I dont know fees, it depends on subjects, may be it is available inthe "www.etenca.in"
