Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether expenses below the TDS threshold limits, such as professional fees under £5,000, need to be reported when filing eTDS returns for the 26Q form in 2020-2021. The consensus is that if no TDS has been deducted from these expenses, they do not need to be included in the eTDS return. However, a query was raised about potential recent amendments to the form.
Assesses is liable to file e TDS return if TDS is deducted from the expenses. There is no need to include those expensea which are below threshold limit and TDS not deducted.
