ESOP QUERY
Is there any such restriction that in case of shares acquired by employes through ESOP , There shall be available to them rights on account of such shares only on Full payment of exercise price of the said shares.

When you pay exercise price only then u can buy that ESOP na or fulfill service compliance
that i also know, only aftr exercise price one can bcum owner of esop , so exercise price has to be paid whole at once or it is in installments(calls)..
Generally whole at once.... But in practically it depends upon company policy... It is just like share purchase
