How Much ESOP can be issued by Private Limited Company during a year to indivisual employee and to agregate to all employee in a single year. Is there any Limit under the Companies Act or under Share capital And Debenture Rule ?

For sweat equity shares there is limit.... but for ESOP as per my knowledge no limit.............
section 42 excludes ESOP.... so no limit on members 😎
