due to lockdown I not filed my ESIC, PF monthly contribution & attendance records. March,april
so please advise what i do.

Dear Sir,
PF department has issued clarification that there will not be any penal action on non compliance during lock down.
For your employees wheather to mark present or absent, its your management who needs to give decision.
