I have a factory with 4 workers but have to continioue in ESI because now I can not left ESI if once registered. Now I want to establish another factory in another tehsil with new 5 workers but dont need esic there. Is i have to registered new unit in ESIC or it is not mandatory. Please suggest. Suresh

clubbing provisions apply on PAN basis, if the second unit is established on same pan, then it has to be covered under ESIC, otherwise it will be treated as seperate entity
Sharma Sir, I try to find out PAN base applicability rule in ESI. But not found any details which show that ESI applicable on PAN basis. Please suggest. Suresh Jain
