Yes, the IT/ITES company is subject to ESI registration if there in number of employees exceeds 20 and salary is less than 15000/- pm.
I agree with Mr. Ankhil
now it is applicable to salary drawing less than are equal to Rs.15000/- and employees working 10 are more..
