i have 50 employees and gross salary of 6 employes is less than 15000 and for other employees gross salary exceeds Rs. 15000.
whether act applies for this establishment.
total employees exceeds 20 but only 6 employees is less than 15000.
yes applicable, though you have to pay contributions of only the employess below 15000, but for imposition of act, person above 15000 are counted in manpower.
