I would like to clarify my doubt regarding esi and pf applicability to BPO company.
I have a private limited company in Delhi providing BPO services to foreign clients. It is planning to employ 19 permanent employees.
Does the company need to register itself under PF and ESI act.
Does the amount of salary also matters. As almost all the employees will be drawing a monthly salary of more than 15000 Rs.
ESI will cover where 10 persons are working and incase of PF 20 persons are required. when coming to the registration process you need to get registration form from the concerned departments and also you can download the forms from site. after submitting the registration forms you will get the registration no's i.e. code numbers.
