Escrow account to purchase shares

Hi..

RBI announced that Escrow account can be created with the authorized dealer-1 banks to receive the FDI fund. I have studied that it is necessary to create escrwo agreeement. My doubt is whom I have to contact to prepare the escrow agreeement. Please guide me in this regards.

You can contact your company's bank manager who is handling the your co.,'s import and export transaction
