Error while uploading digitally signed documents with epfo

make sure all the files size are below then 5 mb / each file is below then 5 mb after digitall sign

error occuring while uploading digitaly signed document on epfo portal for employer registration & Pdf size is less than 5MB, please suggest sollution.

Message showing that Documents uploaded successfully but not showing in uploaded documents list. When submiting the application it shows that "either the form is incomplete or with error". Please help
