I am preparing INC 22 A Form for one of my clients but while pre filling the form after entering CIN following error is popping up
In case AR is not filled for the FY 17-18, filling shall not be allowed for the companies which are not marked for management dispute
What is possible reason for the same and resolution for the above error

Sir, Company is incorporated in the year 2018 i.e.01.03.2018, AGM was conducted on 30th December 2019 and filed the returns, now trying to file INC-22A
