Error while filing gstr3b

Hello Friends,

Trying to file gstr3b and although I have sufficient cash balance in CGST, while setting off liabilities, receiving the following error message:

"You do not have sufficient ITC balance in Central tax to utilize or pay your total liabilities."

Is there anyone else who is receiving the same error?

Yes... I m also facing the said problem. It's occured as Portal's overload or Problem...

So,
Wait and try to later.

open GST3 and click payment tab and check liability and interest and penalties. according to liability your payment is sufficient or not? if not click challan generation tab pay balance amount.

Hello Ashish,

The issue is that although I have the desired CGST and SGST amount in my cash ledger. I am still getting the error that I have insufficient balance in cgst. Have you filed the GSTR3B today evening without facing any issue?

just filed gsr3b and it was 10 min affair from start to end, absolutely no issue. There was 30 sec _1 min stop gap between payment made and offsetting liability, that's it.

it may be heavy Rush on server. you have to wait for server smoother process

Did you manage to file the GSTR3B yesterday? Cause i am still facing the same issue.

Hello,

managed to file gstr3b today. Got delayed by a day. Understand there will be a late fee payment of 50 rs next month (25 rs each fr cgst & sgst). Do I also need to pay interest for a delay of 1 day? If yes, how is interest calculated?
