While Downloading Form 16 from TRACES website, an error message is displaying that "Statement is not available with TRACES at present." We have filed our TDS return on 15th May 13. The same message is also displaying while sending request for Consolidated file. Further these TDS entrie are not updated in 26AS of deductees. While checking status on NSDL, it is showing your returmn is accepted. We have filed complaints to TRACES through mail & phone several times but still the Status is same. What should be done Now. Deductees are filing their return and definitely they will gat demand notice.

Call at the toll free number given on the tdscpc web site, & send them E-Mail on given Email ID at the same site,,
I was also facing the same problem, but after repeated Calls & Email I sort it out,
