I am trying to upload service tax return for a Construction company, who take abatement under notification no 1/2006. I am unable to choose the s.no of the abatement in the notification. Previously the return got rejected as i had not filled up this. Pls help..

The notification serial number is not available for selection in the ST3 Form because it has been cancelled by the department.
