Error report in gstr 1 : error report generation requested

I have filed GSTR 1 . i have uplodaed JSON file generated through offline utility 1.2 version. But on portal i am getting status as " processed with error" (error report : error report generation requested.) when i try to download error comes as "File Generation is in progress, please try after sometime.." What should be the issue. after 1 hour i am still not able to download error file as same error coming. Should i try generating json file using 1.1 offline utility.
