I had a very pleasant experience today.As suggested in one of the groups I sent a Gmail message to  orm @ cpc.incometax.gov.in along with my  PAN number and mobile phone number. Within 5 minutes shri vema reddy called me and guided me step by step. In the personal profile contact numbers country code have to deleted and re-entered. wherever drop-down option is there ,reconfirm. delete all cookies and cache files in Google by clicking ctrl+shift+delete..Start filing afresh by re-entering data. The best part was shri Vema Reddy called me after 15 minutes to confirm that my problems were solved. Good work CPC
