Error message ( Error No. ITD-EXEC2002) on login in new IT portal

With the following error " Error No. ITD-EXEC2002 " you have to log in on the income tax portal with your Tan Id and password ----->go to E-file -------> E Pay tax and make the payment no such error will occur.

 

Today when I got the same error, I went ahead and pressed 'CONTINUE' Button and the site opened up as usual! Please try.

Please Check This Error. How Can I Pay For This?

i was trying to link my grandmothers aadhaar card to pan card. everything was going smoothy until the time of payment, an amount of 1000rs debited from my bank, and my request for linking aadhar card to pan card got cancelled. 

payment was made on 08/04/2024 on 9:14 PM Monday. I need a refund....
