Yes.... That querist said it's not supported...
But, I'm Using Old version...
i too had same problem and my problem is solved
don't upload all b2b invoices at a time upload 100 invoices for one time
upload individual segments like b2b once b2cl once like that
it will be uploaded for sure
use only csv upload method
Download new offline tool from Website it is working today
Just I file with Old tool....!
Those whose old tool is not working, use new tool. Its start working.

Follow as per Our CA Rashmi's advice and File your GSTR 1 without delay. Tomorrow is last day for filing GSTR 1 for the month July 17...
In case it's not support to your filing then you can try to old version....

I had downloaded the link, But it shows ver. 2.1. Still it is not working.
