Error in SSP Portal

I can't go ahead for the Student Cycle in the SSP Portal as the popup "Please map this quick link " is coming in the way as an obstacle.
plz suggest a solution

No helpline is helpful. No one lifts it. Even after lifting, they give another number.

Just contacted the helpline, she told me to mail the problem along with an attachment to vivek @ icai.in
So let us all do the same..

I faced same problem and I already filled form 109 before 8 days and still no updates abt whether articleship terminated or not.
