Error in E-verification for Form 35(Appeal)

I am trying to file/submit form 35 (Appeal) for AY 2024-25. After furnishing all details, it fails at E-verification stage after I enter Aadhaar OTP or EVC. The error message I receive is "Error : Please enter valid values.".

First, I entered details from the matter prepared in a MS Word document, then suspecting a special character to the cause of problem, I also tried entering details from a plain text document. I have removed the characters ( ) / from facts, issue, ground section of form 35, but no luck. Grievanve raised on the portal remains in 'Submitted' status for the third day.

I would sincerely appreciate any helpful clue to resolve this issue.

I had to raise a grievance in the IT Portal. They assiagned a slot with IT support team. Over zoom session, the IT support team saw how each page of form 35 was behaving. Mostly, the problem was related to multiple spaces, tabs and other special characters. Don't use multiple spaces and any special character other than comma. Certain changes they did in the back end.
