Download the ITR (in PDF form) and check the values. Hope that would be as filed by you.
If no, download the filed jason file, & file it again u/s. 139(5) of the act, after filing/rectifying the missing data.
If the return got processes with no demand, no need to file revised return.
Check after few days, the acknowledgement would have been as per data filed (without 0 values).
