UNABLE TO FILE FORM 24 WHICH HAS COME FOR RESUBMISSION.
ERROR DISPLAYED WHILE SUBMISSION OF FORM ARE AS BELOW:-
There are eForm(s) (other than Complaint eForm)
work items open; or are pending for payment of
fee against the LLP. Filing of the form is not
allowed.
Form 24 is already pending against the LLPIN
HAVE RAISED A TICKET BUT NO SOLUTION TILL DATE.
You may have an application under processing which has no filing fees. You can cancel or wait for that SRN (no fees SRN) to lapse and then try. I think the system is so programmed not to accept one application when another application's fees is pending. And in the process they forgot to program in no fees applications eg refund applications etc.
