Error after Successful Validation of Online ITR3

ERROR message comes after successful validation of my ITR3 filled online. This happened four times. The same fate with latest offline utility 1.1.10 The message is attached. Any body please help.

try online mode...utility use is a big issue

Check the errors. Validation has errors. Rectification of the errors is provided in it. Rectify them.

I am also facing this issue from yesterday, may be some technical issue while filing ITR-3
