Not required. as you have imported capital goods for official purpose only. and further you are not claiming any CCR on capital goods so debonded.

I want to clarify further. First of all the question is

1. Whether goods are covered in LUT & bought duty free OR Same is not covered in LUT & imported duty paid.

2. If imported duty free then should be shown in Table 9 row 3 of ER-2 with amount of duty paid on the same.
