Equalisation levy 6% on digital ads

In the notification it is mentioned "Equalisation levy shall be paid by remitting it into the Reserve Bank of India or in any branch of the State Bank of India or of any authorised Bank accompanied by an equalisation levy challan" I have visited SBI and other banks too for the Challan, But I am unable to find it, Can you help me in paying the tax? How to Pay ,? Where to Pay?
