A person aged 61 years, joins a pvt ltd company. He has a valid EPF UAN No..This person, in his entire service life, was a member of EPF for altogether 12 years only and  thus he is eligible for EPF .Pension but till date he has not applied for monthly epf pension. However, he has already withdrawn his pf accumulation

Now if we recruit him, whether we can offer him EPF.membership where his entire contribution will go to pf fund and contribution to pension fund will be nil.

Yes, you can continue to deduct EPF contributions for an employee over 58 years of age. However, contributions to the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) stop automatically at age 58, meaning the entire employer contribution will go toward the Provident Fund (EPF) portion.
